If you book an introductory call or contact True North MBA, you may provide information such as your name, email address, educational or professional background, target programs, application timeline, and other information you choose to share.
How information is used
Information you provide may be used to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- schedule and conduct introductory calls and coaching sessions;
- understand your admissions goals and potential coaching needs;
- provide coaching services if you become a client;
- maintain the security and operation of the website.
Scheduling and third-party services
Introductory calls are scheduled through Google Calendar. When you use Google's booking service, information you submit may also be processed by Google under its own privacy policies.
True North MBA may also rely on third-party service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, and other business operations. Those providers may process limited technical or account information as necessary to provide their services.
Cookies and analytics
True North MBA does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If analytics or additional tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
Client information
Information shared during coaching is treated as confidential and is used for the purpose of providing coaching services. Client testimonials or admissions outcomes are published only with permission.
Data sharing
True North MBA does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the business, comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, or with your consent.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
